Choose the location option that gives the best and most accurate description of where your business premises is located.
Office building or complex
Premises inside a larger office complex, such as an office suite in a multi story building.
Enclosed shopping centre
Your premises are fully inside a shopping centre which is operated by a management company. This option is for premises which are not on the outside of the building, and not facing the street. If you are in a shopping centre and your premises is street facing then choose "street fronted property in retail area".
Shopping Mall, Village or Arcade
Shops and offices which are accessed via a pedestrian mall or walkway, either enclosed or outdoors.
Street fronted property in retail area
Where your premises face the street in a shopping precinct. An example is a tax agent office situated on a main road.
Industrial Estate
An area developed for the use of factories, warehouses, and other industrial buildings.
Residential Area
A suburb or town area used for housing.
Mixed commercial and residential building
A building which has both residential homes (such as an apartment) and commercial activities like shops or offices.
